Planning an Herb Garden

Planning an Herb Garden

Planning my veggie garden, I thought I had better plan my herb garden also. Since most of my herbs go in the same area and some being perennial, planning would be important if I wanted to incorporate as much to get the most out of my area. Squeezing in as much as I could without overcrowding everything is a challenge as much as it is rewarding and sometimes more work but also sometimes less work!!

I reflect back on the year to see what I had enough of and what I needed more of and also the planning of things I want to try with my herbs. I love to make herbal butters, and herbal salts. as well as drying some to preserve them while abundant. I already have a bunch of perennial herbs and I do a bunch from seed.
